小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘护理分析

摘要：目的 探讨护理干预对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效的影响，以供临床参考。方法 选择2011年5月至2013年4月我院咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿86例作为研究对象，随机分组，均根据GINA方案进行常规治疗，B组患儿同时接受综合护理干预。随访1年，对比两组患儿近远期疗效的差异性。结果 对比两组总有效率发现，B组明显高于A组，差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。对比两组复发率发现，B组明显低于A组，差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗过程中实施综合护理，有助于提高药物疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective to investigate the effect of nursing intervention for children with cough variant asthma, for clinical reference.
